CoNDITIONS Of ENTRY
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
In accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws, staff are legally required to refuse service or entry to any person who appears intoxicated or is displaying signs of intoxication.
Violent, aggressive, or quarrelsome behaviour is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Right of Refusal
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or refuse service at any time, at their sole discretion. This includes situations where patron behaviour, safety concerns, or venue capacity require such action.
Failure to Quit the Premises
If you are asked to leave the venue by staff or security, you must do so immediately and move at least 50 metres away from the premises.
Failure to comply with a lawful direction to leave may result in an on-the-spot police fine of $550 and further action where applicable.
Re-entry Policy
No entry or re-entry to the venue will be permitted after 12:00am (midnight). This policy applies to all patrons without exception.
Minors
Minors are permitted entry only when accompanied at all times by their parent or legal guardian. The accompanying adult is responsible for the minor’s behaviour and compliance with venue and licensing rules.
Sports Bar – 18+ Only
The Sports Bar area is strictly 18+ only. Valid identification must be presented upon request. Entry will be refused to anyone under the age of 18.
